The focal point of the house is the impressive double height, open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitchen is fully equipped and wheel-chair friendly.  It has areas of low height work tops with an accessible sink and cookers.  

This is a comfortable and quiet room offering guests some peace away from the hustle and bustle of the main living area. 

Two separate living areas lead off the kitchen; The second is an arts and crafts room / playroom.  This room is the perfect space for adults and children to paint, draw, play games and explore their creativity in all sorts of ways without disturbing the main house. 

There are five bedrooms (one en-suite) in the house.  The master bedroom has double doors leading directly into the garden and woods behind the house as well as a beautiful en-suite bathroom/wet room.  All the bedrooms can be configured with either two twin beds or one double to meet the needs of any combination of guests. See photos.

There are three bath/shower rooms (one is en-suite) and they are fitted with pretty Italian tiles, white porcelain sanitaryware and attractive chrome rails and supports. All bathrooms are accessible with plenty of space and many grip rails.

On the other side of the kitchen, the main hall, with beautiful natural light, is the divide between the living and sleeping area. Wide passages and doorways make it convenient for wheelchair users.  There is a small utility room near the front door which has space for coats and wellies as well as a washing machine and drying area for guests to use.

Huge bi-fold doors open to allow the kitchen to seamlessly extend to the patio area which looks directly into the surrounding woodland.   The patio has an outdoor sitting area where in the summer months, guests can enjoy alfresco dining surrounded by wildlife.
